Rob Dorgan
Rob Dorgan came to meditation out of self-preservation. Aware of his high-strung nature from an early age, hospitalized for ulcers at age 8 and over exhaustion at 11, he knew he needed to learn to relax to maintain his health and live more fully. Since the 1980’s he has experimented with many forms of meditation. In the late 1990’s his introduction to Tantric Yoga practices, radically shifted his life. He found tools to train his mind and alter his tendencies towards self-doubt, pessimism and defaulting to negative emotions.
Part of his service to the collective of humanity is to offer these practices to all who seek.
He believes that meditation is an important component to living a balanced life. He also believes meditation is something everyone can do if they find the right practices and stay consistent to their commitment to self-love.
His main meditation teacher is Sally Kempton, to whom he is forever grateful.
